1. Check available data balance
If the WiFi light is Green not flashing, very likely you are out of data balance. You may login to the Pokefi App and check from "MY". Topup can be easily done from "BUY" using any available WiFi.
2. Check the firmware version
Login the Pokefi App and check whether upgrade to the latest version is available. Please refer to https://www.mypokefi.com/app-upgrade
3. Change location & restart
Turn off and restart the Pokefi in a different place or location if possible. Suggest to turn off at least 20 mins to refresh and get a new session. Country parks, basements, airport areas etc. might have signalling issues, make sure your location can receive good mobile signalling. Open areas or near windows will help sometimes.
4. Remove the battery
If you have a feeling the Pokefi may be hung up, turn off the Pokefi first. Open the back cover, remove then reinstall battery, try the Pokefi on again.
